Jacob has a rare form of dwarfism, and is currently the only living boy with the condition.

Trump's campaign coordinator contacted their family Monday.

Jacob, 4 (now 5), stands at about 2 and a half feet tall. His stunted growth is from Opsismodysplasia, a rare form of dwarfism.
