Which is interesting, considering Russias anti-homosexual agenda etc, and probably means they are still in cahoots with the Russians. In the UK it's the right wing that like the Russians, and the left wing hate them because of the reasons you list.... In Germany the largely east german leftists are incredibly pro-russian. They would never support a german politician like Putin. Which is very revealing with regards to their loyalty.
