But according to many wimpy evangelicals, "We cannot fight, we must looooove them".

I'm a Christian, but I have really come to hate most people who call themselves evangelicals.

Evangelicalism's effeminate flavour is rooted in the Protestant heresy.

Many verses in the scripture are not intended to be literal. For example, Christ commanded His disciples to "hate your father and mother, and even your own selves" (Luke 14:26). Obviously, if interpreted literally, this would seem to contradict even the second greatest commandment to "love your neighbor as yourself".

The fact is that scripture has a Holy Obscurity, and it is very easy for Protestant heretics, who are not rooted in the CLEAR, PRECISE CATHOLIC DOGMAS, to fall into the trap of elevating some parables above other scriptures. For example, they falsely interpret the "judge not" passage among others.

All of this is solved when you realize that much of scripture is not literal or universal. Only DOGMAS are precise, and literal, and have NO RECESSION to their meaning (as defined by Pius IX at Vatican I). Clement XI defined that Holy Scripture has a HOLY OBSCURITY.

As more examples, hopefully you do not "cut off" your hands as Christ commands in the Sermon on the Mount. Also, not even the Apostle Paul took Christ literally when he said "call no man Father or teacher", since he called the patriarch Abraham his father and others teachers. It is clear that scripture does indeed have a HOLY OBSCURITY.

This is why Christ gave the keys to Saint Peter, to interpret the Holy Scriptures, and to keep the Church united with clear, precise dogmas.

Catholics are no damn better. I still worship Christ, but I avoid churches.
