I've had kangaroo burger and kangaroo jerky - OH MY WORD IS IT AWFUL!
The burger tasted like the worst kind of strong liver imaginable. The jerky was so terrible that 10 minutes after I took that first small bite I was doubting myself that it couldn't have been as bad as all that, so I tried it again - YEP it was that terrible.
You Aussies don't really eat that do you?
