If that is true he has every right for unemployment to help him till he can find something. You said he need's to keep his manhood, what makes a man less then taking a sliver of what he has payed into? Im not saying keep it for 99 months, but there is a reason for a social safety net and it's for people who suddenly find themselves in life changing situations, not the parasite class.
