I'm wondering, is it possible that 'Brown' refers to the name of a leader who, in another timeline, led his/her country to join Putin and China?

To me, what mtu is trying to say is that one country will renege on a deal and decide to join up with those countries. The name should be less relevant than the fact that a political U-turn took place.

So, which countries now are opposed to those two? It should be one of them. And when the leader 'cheats' and changes sides, we will realize that this was what was meant.

There will come very much violence on the earth and many
out of fear will choose to follow them.

And then there is the number 15. We assume also its part of a date. It could be something else. It could stand for another type of number. I even thought it might be the word "is," in the way people use "4u" to mean "for you" and so on. That makes less sense but let's think outside the box...
