Perhaps you could translate the important parts, where the principle behind it is explained. From what I could see in videos, this simply some kind of battery where water with salt content is used for the reaction between anode and cathode. Alessandro Giuseppe Antonio Anastasio Volta built the first of these devices about 300 years ago. It was also the very first electrical battery.
In this case the water didn't produce any energy, it was the reaction of the metals of the anode and cathode.

I'm not good translating scientific greek language though but here what i understood from these videos.

He found the frequency at the molecule level of the water and with that he's able to harvest the energy from the water.
Well it might look like a battery but the energy he gets from this device is insane. As you see in the videos he powers up to 6 light bulbs 30 watts each, a drill machine of 600w and he cooked coffee too. This machine can run non stop 24/7 up to 25 to 30 days and in this video produces 275 volts and up to 20 amps steady. Then you only have to replace a special metal (something like that, costs 8 euro) that gets wear down from the whole process after 25 days and add another cup of water.

In those videos he also showed another small machine he built that works from sound. It was so cool to watch!

This scientist made sound very important that everything has a frequency and if we know the frequency of every thing we could solve every problem cheaply and fast.
He reminded me stories of Nicola tesla about frequencies and other scientists who talked about curing diseases with frequencies.
Well all of the stories i had heard before were just stories, now to be able to hear the theory and to see it in action at the same time was pretty mind blowing!

If they don't sabotage him and instead he finds support from all the scientists that they were watching him during his presentation and also foreign investors were there too, we should be seeing this guy a lot more in the future.
(Worth saying at the end of the presentation everybody was pretty impressed and there was a scientist there who tried to find anything he could to discredit him but at the end he was forced to show that he was very impressed too!)

Just added a 3rd video in the previous post. I had confused the 2nd with the 3rd video, thought they were the same but they are different. I'm gonna watch the 2nd right now.
