Question, why does the energy come and go? Why does it go through periods of loud and quiet? I can't help but feel I am being punished in some fashion, when the Energy gets quiet.

Have you noticed similar, and if yes, have you found a way around this cycle?

Its my understanding that it is affected by many thing, cycles specifically
Moon cycles are a strong influence on the electromagnetive point in cycle we may be. The tzolkin calendar is very accurate on this respect.

Other people, around, and about the places we may have been.

The more attune you can be the more energy/chi you are able to process from your surroundings. A few days ago a long "quiet" phase ended. A very clear karma feels very quiet, but at the same time intense for the amount it still processes on its environment. I've no doubt that people like you that are connected create at the same time a fountain of energy emanation that feeds the less conscious gravitious around you.

You become the middle point. like the middle of the hurricane.
Is very quiet, very still.

But you have to recognize the mind depth and not permit to be deviated from the path on the shared mind. Deep consciousness look for balance and achieve it quickly, but at the same time are prime point of inception for other strong consciousness around, specially on a group.

with all this said,
Yes, I've noticed a special kind of few days;
at certain moments we are supported more or less by the planet and our surrounding. Lately the planet has been on a new king of supporting up. And this makes all the inhabitants feel the need to "keep up". This may seem like a punishment, but those struggle times are lessons, literally. Looking on the all-involved-interaction we call reality to point you, yourself, more toward a balance point.

conscious mindfullnes is the key to center the turmoil back to a nice level.

be aware of where your thought process go constantly +
focus & ask to the universe your desires.

Interesting question since it permits to discuss relevan energetic terminology, that has little to no concept on most western societies.

This energy that permeates everything and all, has three distinct aspects.
Two of those, on terms of chi/ki are, yang-ki & yin-ki; one is the masculine aspect of the energy, more material and physical, also equated to fire. The other one is the female aspect of that energy, equated to water and the metaphysical consciousness field.

On hindu archetypes, this is the
shiva (male/right/fire/lingam/giving/pingala/sacral spine) &
shakti (female/left/water/yoni/receiving/ida/pineal gland) principles.

They are mirror energies, and each gender can build both, thou always one of them better than the other.

As mirror energies all are important, and the main aspect is usually the shakti one, the female creative aspect.
There is a reason it is called mother earth. The gender separation is awesome to stimulate diversity, but the infinite power aspect of re-generation is the female aspect. Shakti. That is the field.

Shaktipati is the sharing & conferring of that psychic energy toward another. Mostly woman can do that, More aware men can do it too. Almost everyone share their energy unaware that they are doing so, and because of this unawareness masses get herded quite easily by a gravitationaly heavy & mindful individual.

A service to self being will use this to their advantage while a service to others being will balance, share & process energies on such a way to be of grows and illustration for the whole. Still, karma is never avoided, and like a bank account, it gets accumulation of what gets thrown into the world.

It is not limited to people, energy goes where your focus attention go.
If dharana & dhyana can be achieved and maintain the better the results will be.

It's interesting you mention more women can do it. I have found the very opposite. Far more capable males, than females. But then, perhaps that is due to circumstance.

The energy I perceive, is always male to my sense. I wonder if some of the capable females here, would say the same.


I've been 'touched' by the excessively 'gravity heavy'. Nothing quite like it.

I've seen/done this once. In front of a US embassy.
After walking the square in front of it, (and many other occurrences)
a non-US pair of police agents approach me, The fear and the accelerated heartbeat of the lower ranking officer was palpable and discordant within my own heartbeat.

The higher ranking officer surround me, and I simply extended my right hand toward the lower ranking officer while doing a mudra with the left hand. This was done automatically & too quick to even form an intention, a certain withdrawal of the senses happened and I went into intense focus. A moment of oneness got felt and a current flew thru my body, with a very loving intention & no fear within me I said something, to the line of: "hey!, gentle now" ("hey, tranquilo...")

The guy stop on his feet and was thrown out a good 3 feet back into the air. I was asked by the other officer to lay on the ground and take off my boots.

Their impression was so huge their eyes where enormous. Pure shock.
After checking myself and my attire I was let go home and followed for a few days.

Build up this energy within you and it will be used on all your daily activities.

It is like telling a fish that it lives inmersed in water, you can't and it may be outside of the fish perception and understanding, but still this field is all around and within.

You don't always will throw a ball of ki, but when needed, "that which is needed" will flow thru you and manifest itself in varied forms.

Knowing, from within. A knowing that passeth understanding.
Maintaining a good vessel/body is so helpful.
