They don't print dollars, they sell Treasury Bonds (debt) to the Fed. That's why the debt ceiling has to be raised.

That´ll solve the problem.

We should never again raise the debt ceiling. By doing so we become "enablers". Like a crack addict loves their crack, the government loves to spend money like a drunk sailor on shore leave.

If we do let them raise the debt ceiling then this time it should only happen when they show us a plan to cut back on their spending. Like shutting down many federal organizations and sending the power back to the States. Like education

Cut out wars for the chosen ones. shut down our military bases all over the world. Clean out the parasites that infest Social Security Disability, Welfare and food stamps. Make Corporations keep their money here in the U.S. Make them pay affordable wages.

Stop foreign aid completely. Cut back military spending by half. Legalize drugs and tax them. End Federal income tax. Quit paying government workers more than civilian workers.

Make Congress live under the laws they pass. End the Federal Reserve. End the IRS.

Those are just for starting the process.
