Limpan User ID: 64608935 Sweden 10/26/2015 12:21 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I posted this a longtime ago, and many people used this and got very good results. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 10103926 I apologize to everyone here for removing the post and to the Mods for being rude (more than once)... Anyway with all that said. You will find this the most effective and easiest way to lose 5-10 pounds of fat per week with no hunger, and the workouts are only 12-15 minutes per day. This is good for more than one reason, but most importantly because you can do this for a lifetime, how many people can do marathon workouts or running sessions for their whole life. These Photos were after a long 5 year lay off from any kind of exercise, and after a severe injury. But you can see the progress is very fast. Also I’m 57 here. April 23rd [link to tinypic.com] May 10th [link to tinypic.com] May 23rd [link to tinypic.com] June 11th [link to tinypic.com] July 3rd [link to tinypic.com] How to do the exercises... Videos here: [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] You want to lose fat. Do the following. Food is very anabolic, and it will stimulate growth hormone and testosterone. You also have to make sure you don’t lift so much that you overly stimulate the nervous system. And no biking, running… Remember this: Everything sends a signal to your system. EX: Long distance runners look thin, sprinters who also run, have nice muscular thighs, why? Because of the signal sent. The long distance runner sends a signal to lose, weight (fat), because to body is intelligent and doesn’t want to carry all that weight for long distances. So the body says shed that muscle, and lower the production of testosterone. Workout: 15 minutes each day with weights 3×10-20 all muscle groups. Go for burn no failure. Different exercises each day. Breakfast 3 eggs and 3 sausage, and 3 protein drinks at 12, 3, and 11pm. Dinner steak. Saturday and Sunday are off days no exercise and eat whatever you want. The workout is M-F and is every body part at each session, but change up the exercise movements (EX: Monday do chins Tuesday do bent row). Protein must be 55% of your total calories and carbs kept at about 60g or below. That is the secret. Works for men and women, without giving women big muscles, just great tone. Guys gain muscle and lose fat. Take a multi-vitamin, 20-40mg Boron. Get the lactic acid burn in the muscles, get yourself breathing and sweating, just like in my video. The exercise routine is done in 15 minutes. Follow the diet and watch the weight fall off 5-10 pound per week. If you get hungry later in the day after dinner, you can have cheese or cottage cheese. Also my diet is a guideline. You can have chicken or turkey if you don’t like beef, just no hamburger. Beef is best though, as it builds your blood. I use whey protein blends, you can get them on net or at local store. I use 50grams protein per serving. 3 times per day. Lactic acid burn in the muscle is real important and stimulates a lot of hormone output. Do not go to muscle failure, use a lighter weight and go for a good burn. Remember your coming back to the gym tomorrow, so avoid going until you can’t do another rep. Do same muscle groups, but different moves each day. EX: squat Monday, deadlift Tuesday. THanks But do you really train every musckle Group every day!! 7 Days a week?? |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 10103926 United States 10/26/2015 02:39 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | To the guy from sweeden, yes re-read if needed. It is not 7 days of workouts, it is 5. Concerning muscle growth, you have to understand the world we live in, you must be a little synical too. Everything revolves around a few having truth, and others seeking it, and being denied it, while those who have it, promise to give it, in exchange for money. I'm sorry it is that way, but it is... SO forget what you have read and been told. Here's the deal in a nut shell. True strength is not all muscle but is a combination of muscle and tendon, yet without much size. We see this in a lot of the olympic lifters guys who look little and skinny but lift enormous amounts of weight (good technique is a must). Now bodybuilders are also strong, (after years of lifting), focus on hypertropphy, and they start using a weight that they can pump with. So muscle size from a pump, can be accomplished with very little weight. Steroids provide a HUGE strength level. But I'll confine this to guys NOT using assistense. |

But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear." Marcus Tullius Cicero |

He taught me how to eat and lift… During the 40-70's the science of changing your body was profoundly impacted not by scientists, but athletes and body builders, who amongst other things took huge amounts of protein, and did other worthy experiments on their bodies. But collectively they gathered a huge amount of data that they shared amongst themselves. This was then captivated upon by guys who wanted to keep knowledge hidden so they might make money off of advertising, thus we have fitness and bodybuilding magazines. I am one of the lucky ones. I have known and worked out with pro bodybuilders and this originally started with me in junior high… A Little Background: I started lifting in the 8th grade, my coach was a retired Pro ball player, he played for the raiders. He taught me how to eat and lift… There have been many studies about protein and the kidneys, believe me when I say these geeky so called science types who have no world knowledge spout many things to scare people, but don’t benefit any. Look at the long lives lived by almost all of the bodybuilders from the 50’s – 70’s and they did tons of protein. |

Diet is key, it is not meant to work alone, but it is important. Getting the %age of your protein to the 55% level is almost a gurantee to succeed. The fat will literally fall off IF you are also doing the right excersises to the correct level of intensity to demand oxygen for the big muscles. How do u know you have it right? When you are breathing and sweating like a horse. That is why as you see in the video, the rest between sets in 20-30 seconds max. I would keep one of your ab exercises, and focus on BIG muscle groups to stimulate more oxygen / body heat / fat loss. Do squats under an olympic bar, do the lift from the floor, do leg press, do deadlift. excellent post Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19412740 i am not doing the extra protein part, but most of the rest.(dont want to build too much muscle, just harden up what i have got) hence my fat loss is slower, but i am getting very good results,(in it for the long term, dont mind if it's slow losses, as long as it is losses) and at 50 i now look a lot better than at any time during my whole life. it's brilliant. got that annoying last little bit of belly fat left to lose now, that's all. might follow your protein diet and up my reps to try and get rid of it before Xmas. i havent watched your vid, but my exercise involve doing crunches while holding a 40 pound weight to my chin , and a series of squats whilst holding that same weight over my head. also whilst sat on the floor, moving that same weight from my lap, to my left, to my right, back to my lap, etc etc etc. they seem to be working well. i think the important message from your OP is it is a LIFESTYLE change, and it is very easy to do don't think you're too old, you're not. |

You get a break and get to have fun eatting what you like or crave. 2). You reload glycogen in the muscles and liver. 3). It reboots the body, so that the routine / diet doesn't stop working... No stagnation. When you get close to losing all the fat you want, you can do a multitude of things. Do the diet only 2-4 days a week. Or take a week or two off. Or cut the exercise routine to 1-3 times per week. As soon as you see fat coming on you have to adjust the diet and exercise routine to fit YOU! This takes patience and trial and error. Some may workout once a week and others have to workout 4 times per week. Some can carb out 3 times per week other 6 times per week.. You just have to find your zone for yourself. |
