Why aren't Americas on mass actually listening to those soldiers who have been actually been on the front lines of this war to spread freedom and democracy? They would rather listen on mass to those who have tried their best to avoid war, who live as far away as possible from the front, who create war, support war and then do not get to fight in the war they promote. It just goes to show, that political rhetoric and propaganda is more important to some Americans then the testimonies of reality given by those who actually have been in the horrors of war.

Today, the Army ran a check on Mr. MacBeth’s credentials. It turns out, not surprisingly to anybody with half a mind, that Mr. MacBeth has NO Army service record. Anywhere. Period. This is a direct quote given to me by Army spokesman John Boyce:

“Initial research by the U.S. Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg shows no Soldier with the name of Jesse Macbeth having ever been assigned to the Special Forces or the Army Rangers — which are, in fact, two separate disciplines. This appears to be some sort of hoax. No Soldier by that name at Fort Lewis to our knowledge, in the past, either. Of course, the line about “go into the Army or go to jail” is vintage TV script not heard since the 1960s. There are also numerous wear and appearance issues with the Soldier’s uniform — a mix of foreign uniforms with the sleeves rolled up like a Marine and a badly floppy tan beret worn like a pastry chef. Of course, the allegations of war crimes are vague, as are the awards the Soldier allegedly received.”

And some ARE slowly coming to see what is really going on, and the lies we are fed, including our soldiers. here's another, with the link, OK? 2 minutes with google and Jessie Macbeth, there's a lot more. This one is interesting because it links to Jessies copy of his DD-214 Here's what is said about it, Never made it past basic which would explain his no service record.

It seems that Mr. Jesse MacBeth has tried to prove his critics wrong by posting his DD-214 on his MySpace site. There are only a few problems: If you will look at block 8a, his last duty assignment was his Basic Combat Training Brigade. This means that yes, he was in the military, but was kicked out during basic training. Most of the blocks have been blacked out in an attempt to keep people from telling what they say. This includes the bottom of the DD-214 which would tell us what kind of discharge Mr. MacBeth has received.

Two of the blocks have been typed in later with misspellings, such as block 11 which says he is "Ranger Qualifyed." Block 13 lists his many "awards," which are only a "Purple Heart//Shot during active service." How many DD-214’s list the reason for the award? If anybody has one of those, please tell me…

According to Finaid.org, block 24, which is "Character of Service", an entry-level separation will occur when the individual has had fewer than 180 days of continuous active service. The "Character of Service" will be "Uncharacterized".

While I was, yes, incorrect to assume that Mr. MacBeth was never in the military in ANY way, he was kicked out of basic training and given an entry-level discharge. The reasons are unclear and I will not make any assumptions here.

Here is a list of bullet points I found to be glaringly wrong with this DD-214

1 - "Ranger qualified" is spelled wrong (qualifyed!!) and others have already noticed the different typeface.

5 - He has erased the type of separation he received, but his character of service is still listed as UNCHARACTERIZED. This means: that the individual had fewer than 180 days of continuous active service.
6 - His military education block is left blank, which means he never finished any school in the Army, including his Basic Training, or Ranger school.

The problem is that too many lies go unchecked and believed, too many are too willing to believe anything and everything and it is my opinion that we are being comprimised by it and are moving towards being in danger because of it. I hope this remains pinned to show people the power of false information. You guys have to stop wanting to believe and must tell yourselves that you have to be made to believe by facts and conformation. That took me no time to find out it is false, who else looked into it? As soon as I saw the guy I didn't think he was Ranger, so I went and looked. You guys gotta stop buying every song and dance, there's more out there than you care to admit. And thanks for the good words Mrdjs7, I don't often get them, even when I am right.

I cannot believe the stupidity of anyone who still believe that we should be there. Oh, but I guess they're the same ones who are out buying SUV's now that gas prices have gone down and they're probably thinking "woo hoo" Bush is the man! Little do they know that prices will go right back up after the elections. We deserve everything we get. We will reap what we sow - make that our government will reap what they sow if not already.

Just to set the record straight..I have never and Will never take anything directed to me on this forum personally. I won't ban someone for speaking their mind, but please think before you come in with all canons a blasting. The "MODS" in here are very cool people and devote an extreme amount of time to ensure that "YOU", the posters can enjoy this site without the fuckcaps. Yes i am a rookie at modding but i try to be as fair as i can....Peace be with you all.

I think that if you check records on the veterans that are trying to speak out, you'll find that the government/military has already beat you to it and manipulated the records. Discrediting someone is their specialty.
