Dang that little girl sure is hard headed having her hair yanked on like that. Poor thing. It's actually probably a good thing she didn't try to fight back or else it would have gotten turned around and she would have been expelled and charged also and probably the aggressors family would have tried to sue her, her family, the school and the kids taking the video.

The father is right in withholding judgement until the facts are known. WE should all be more like him. We all want to react but it's important to react to the facts.

This IS learned behavior! 8I see a young girl who not only assaulted a peer but was encouraged by those laughing and filming the incident. They ALL need to be held legally accountable and disciplined. This girl is actually smiling as she hurts this child and poses, hand on hip like some great conquerer as she has hold of the girls hair on the ground. This WAS an edited video however, there is no denying what you ARE seeing and how the victim doesn't fight back. She cannot fight back anyway, its puts her in the same category of her attacker and she would receive the same punishment. This father said he needed to hear his daughters side before making judgement ... if that were my child, she would have her backside tanned before she was arrested! Some may be taken aback by my disciplinary choice but, ask any cop, or judge ... a parent has the right to discipline their kid ... NOT abuse them but absolutely to discipline. I am sure they hope you do! Wake up dad! You are not aiding in raising a kid who will be a moral and productive member of society ... but ... she is at a prime age to stear her back on the right path. Nothing leading up to this moment in time, when this girl decided to be a violent bully showing off for friends and video, justifies her acts of violence. Nothing!
