When there is violence at home, this is what the child learns - when you are upset at someone, you beat them up. She probably had this demonstrated on her and in front of her over and over growing up. It's very sad and it's a cycle that needs to end. I wonder how you're kids will do in a social setting, as well a how they will react in a situation like this... hopefully you've taught them that as well. My children have been in this situation and that's why we homeschool. We saw that the public schools protected the bullies and too often incidents like this are brushed under the carpet by school administrators. I teach my children to defend themselves against attacks, while society on the other hand discourages self-defense, especially self-defense for White people against other races! |
