2 Apache helicopters hovering over Waco, TX

They are basically flying down I35 to the Baylor campus and then cutting across Hwy 6, then back to just north of the TSTC campus, then back down I35. They are flying very low, maybe a couple of 100 feet off the ground. It's almost like they're looking for something/someone. Maybe Intel of something coming up I35?

The pic of them behind the power lines is at the Brazos River and Franklin, just off I35.

Seems they've moved on or landed somewhere and I didn't see them. They were patrolling for an hour, so something's definitely up.
