My 2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season Forecast

Here is my 2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season Forecast and 2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season will be More Active than last year and it will be Above Average Atlantic Hurricane Season and the El Nino is Expected to Weaken during the Winter of 2015/16 and the La Nina will Develop in the Pacific Ocean off the Coast of Ecuador that will Trigger the More Active Atlantic Hurricane Season Especially on the East Coast of the United States Including Florida and Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and during the La Nina Years the Wind shear is Weak and Less Westerlies and the Atlantic Ocean Waters will be Very Warm and it will be 18 Named Storms and 10 Hurricanes and 5 Major Hurricanes and it will be a active Hurricane Season in the Atlantic during the Summer and Fall 2015 and People in the East Coast of US don't Let your Guard Down Keep you Guard Up.
