I see you've been drinking the kool-aid, let me bring you up to speed.

Voters didn't reject legalizing marijuana in Ohio, they rejecting allowing a select group of investors operate 10 grow ops in Ohio as the ONLY SOURCE of procurement! If legalized, this plan would only allow the 10 farms to grow (owned by well-known political insiders mind you that have been entrenched into the corporate elite of Ohio for years if not decades) marijuana and "allow" an individual to grow at home only 4 plants, or possess 1/2 pound of private NON-SELLABLE/TRANSFERABLE product. Get caught with an unsealed "non-approved" weed and your ass would still be paying through the nose in fines and facing more serious charges if over the weight limit.

It was a bad bill and we rejected based on constitutional principles. You can't legalize something and allow only a certain group of individuals the "right" to do such without allowing others to do the same thing. That is NOT what America was founded upon, it was the very opposite.

If you had a simple YES/NO vote on all-out legalization of weed in Ohio you would have seen a landslide victory on the side of marijuana. That's a fact.
