GLP is there a free app that uses the computer thermostat to tell the outside room temperature?

The sensor would have to be on the outside, wouldn't ya think?

not necessarily. there is a differential between ambient and computer temps that could be factored in.

Yeah, there is a machine called "a thermometer" it can measure the temperature outside of your computer.

I took an IQ test twice scored 135 first time and 140 second time.

I don't think any integral computer temp sensor would be able to measure the outside temp. They are not strong enough for that, all they have to do, is to measure the CPU or GPU temperature and for that, they are put right under the CPU or GPU.

Even if they were strong enough for that, the placement of them basically prohibits them from sensing any other temperature besides the one radiating from the chips..

Of course I am not 100% sure that all sensors are build that way. And adding another sensor is basically the same thing as adding a thermometer in any other place imo.
