Maybe just live in the present with him, because he might get sad and frustrated that he can't remember these things.... I remember my grandma losing cognitive function, and one time she said to my mom "Whose little girl are you?" My mom was hurt that her own mom didn't know her. Then my grandma was upset that she couldn't remember what my mom was telling her.  |
