Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

I have seen this question ask many times “how come God does not answer my prayers?” Today I needed a prayer answered and He did right away. He knows my heart more than anyone and the battles within me. It is hard to do His will when it seems to go against what everyone around us is doing or saying is right.
In Montana God led me to a person He wanted me under for years , so I obeyed. I would listen to 5 or 6 sermons a day for years. There where few things I have found we disagreed on when it came to the Scriptures.

I fell in love with this little man from Scotland. God showed me later , it was not Alistair Begg I loved but how God used him to speak truth when truth was hard to find.
I learned some years ago to ask God before I go to sleep to protect my dreams and sleep and only what He wants , I remember. When I woke today with a dream of being in a large room and Mr. Begg was there , when I went to introduce myself , he already knew me and gave me a big hug. I smile today at that , I do hope I meet him in Heaven one day and we get to discuss a couple of things.

I have not listened to him in months but this dream made me look at his last sermon. I will post it at the end of this.
The sermon addressed exactly what I needed , a confirmation was given. No matter what the world does or says God is the only way and truth. All through Scriptures God had at least one He picked in each story and generation to bring His message back to the people. I thank God for His word and in a season of transition , he reminded me of one of His chosen , to give me some comfort and peace today. When we pray for things as He told us to pray for He will always answer.

1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
When we are asking for things to further His Kingdom and not ours He always answers...This is a great sermon if you can not get out to a local church today.

Too many people (especially these days with instant "texting") figure that if God doesn't answer a prayer right away that He doesn't care. Some go as far as even doubting His existence.



Neither God nor His Son Jesus are at our "beck and call".

Anyone who takes a long hard look at their walk with Christ and Our Father can see that either one replies when it's necessary.

NOT when WE want an answer, but when we NEED an answer.



And unfortunately, this isn't taught very often

But it SHOULD be.

These experiences help to build Trust with the Father and His Son, by showing us that each situation is resolved exactly WHEN it needs to be resolved.

Dear Heavenly Father , we need You , we desire the best of the gifts You offer to better Your Kingdom , we are in very unsettling times , help us find peace in You , help us be more of You and less of self , only You know when it is time to send Your Son, we ask this day and if Your will , days to come, help us to do what is needed for that day to get closer , , help us long for that day , no matter what we see or hear going on in the world around us help us fix our eyes on You, let the enemy have no power in our lives this day and the days to come , provide for our needs daily , send Your workers out in the field and let great numbers come to know Who You are, be with Life Chain today , we ask these things in Jesus name amen

Lord , awaken refreshed whole healed, and bless my wife and daughter Amen

I have never seen such unrest , sometimes there is nothing left to say , just watch and listen and pray

The Life Chain was the usual, getting flipped off, told to go F ourselves, sheeple saying that it was the law of the land, etc. No object throwing or attempts to run me over this year.

We had a good crowd ! My corner was full and busy ! The Bible Church a couple of miles down from where we stood, sent a bunch of their youth club members to join us ! We had Christians of several denominations there. It was good to see people gathered together for a common cause.

The weather was beautiful, but a bit windy. The sun was shining on us, and a feeling of peace was over me, and I am sure the rest of the people there, too.

I had my daughter take a pic of me holding a sign after we were done, but I have it as a smilie, and am waiting for Mod approval. You all get to see what Tiger looks like,as long as the mods approve the pic/smilie.

Thanks for doing what you did we are in evil times and truth is not wanted

It is time to let go of some things satan wants us to keep. Examine our hearts today and think about what we hold so close , that will not enter the Gates of Heaven...

Lord whatever deep state tries to get president trump to do, that instead he does Your will, not the devils or wicked men amen

Do you ever notice life comes in waves, we had hurricanes , earthquake , threat of war and then bloody Sunday ...At least it is not all at one time yet

You have to do what is right, no matter what hardship it brings you. The truth will be told.

When I saw the article below and how everyday we have to remove something about God to not offend non believers , it made me think about end times.
Jesus tells us it will be as the days of Noah, only Noah and his family in that population , did God find favor.
The story of Sodom and Gomorrah only Lot and his daughters and those where big cities . Jesus explains 1 out of 2 will be taken.
When we bow to satan and his demands and the people he uses , then we grow closer to those days of Noah, a bitter sweet.
The real battle is unseen , people and things are used because satan can not touch God. God knew all that would happen this month. From the beginning we see it is tribulation that brings change , either stronger faith or leaving faith in God, the hard truth of His Harvest. A cycle of life since the beginning .

God is all that is good , but to know the difference in His good and what satan offers is satan's job to confuse . Deuteronomy 10: 14Indeed heaven and the highest heavens belong to the Lord your God, also the earth with all that is in it.
Then

Luke 4:6
And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
To understand these to passages is to understand the whole book.

1 John 2:15
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
To love , obey and know the Word of God from beginning to end and have in our hearts is why we take comfort in , Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

They can take those word out , they can kill the body but Jesus tells us this , Matthew 10:22 And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.

Jesus reminds us to not look back as Lot's wife did. We quite possible are in the beginning of woes , seems like it his month for many. Read His word everyday , pray all the time for His Kingdom to Come. This world is not what we long for and after this month I am glad , it is a mess and really always has been because it has always been a battle field for the next life.

All you did not like about September or the last few years, is life without God. Eternity with God has none of this business, that is what we strive for or should... We do not want to be Lot's wife... To find good in all the bad this month , is to see we do not want a world without God...A world trying to remove any mention of God , anything that might offend a non believer is not a world I would look back at as Lot's wife did...Today visualize Jesus's return and if there is anything in our hearts to make us look back or hold on to in this world , ask God to take 1 John 2:15 and make our love for Him as it should be...

I fear we no longer pray for Him to return because satan has made this world look attractive. God is showing us it is not...But to see that is to not allow satan to deceive.
