Do you ever just get on your knees and ask God, "what do You want for this to stop?"

One day at a time is all I can do. Husband is sick with the flu and being awful. Youngest is out of state and will not be back until monday. My dog Sheba has a bladder infection and I am taking her to the Vet this morning, and the oldest is going with me. Afterwards,my oldest is going out of town too. I have been real congested the past couple of days, and today am sick, but I got to keep on going.I think I got a whopper sinus infection. I got my hands full, and I think the stress caused me to be sick. :(

This is so rough. :(

The waiting is very rough. We're waiting on a second round of testing now for my grandson. I'm keeping your little grandson in my prayers, and for you as well.

Sheba has a bladder infection. She got antibiotics from the Vet, and the test results will be in by Tuesday. There is no doubt it is a bladder infection, but the urine test will show if the meds they gave her are the right ones for the infection. If not, I will have to go back and pick up some different ones.
Husband is not really talking to me, as he is angry Sheba piddled on the rug. The carpet shampooer took care of the spots on the totally worn out carpeting that desperately needs replacement anyway, but he is really pressing me to have Sheba put down or he will move out. The family consensus is let him leave.His tantrums over every little thing have been escalating lately, and his criticism of me is non-stop.
Sheba is healthy for a dog her age except for the kidney failure and the current bladder infection. I know she is old, but she is not suffering at all. Her kidney failure has been stabilized and she has a good quality of life for an old dog.
Even though I feel rather awful, I am going to try to go to church tonight at 7pm central time. It is Orthodox Christmas Eve, and I really need to go, in more ways than one.
I do feel alone, but the oldest is not too far away, and could come here within an hour if things start going real sour. My middle daughter is across the alley, but she has her hands full with AJ and the 3 other little ones. The youngest is over 1,000 miles away right now, and will not be back until very early Monday morning.

God is always with us, and even though right now I am really going through some turmoil, I know His Angels are watching over me, and my dog Sheba too.:)

Dear Heavenly Father , we lift up the family of Tiger this day, we ask that You will not allow the enemy have a foothold , we ask for healing of this new baby , body, soul and Spirit and help Tiger get through this as a Light for her family , we ask healing of her husband soul, Spirit and body , we ask that any of this groups needs this week You provide , help us all have some rest this week in Your arms of comfort , a time of peace , renew our souls and Spirits , guide and lead us no matter what comes , help us want what You want , do as You would have us do, in Jesus Holy Name amen

I am so glad I went to church !!! I was OK until near the end, and then my sinuses started to act up.

Sheba woke up from a sound sleep as soon as I walked in the door. I couldn't get out of my church clothes quick enough to get her out and she piddled on the rug. She was dry the whole time I was gone.

1 Samuel 1 , is the start of healing for Hannah and the land. I love how God always takes a woman with a closed womb and brings forth His greatness.
I would have not cared for Peninnah , I have never cared for people that found pleasure in making others miserable. Peninnah had worldly things Hannah had Spiritual...
I love how Hannah prayed , showing us about prayer deep from the soul , in silence. Verse . 13 Now Hannah spoke in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard. Therefore Eli thought she was drunk.
Hannah makes a silent vow to the Lord for a son and she would give him back. The Lord brought me up to sit in every denomination of church and we can see how we got certain ideas in this chapter.

Jesus changed many things for us and several can be seen in this one chapter alone .
When God gave us His Son , His Son took people God called from married men, single men and women to do His work. Peter , Paul and Anna are just a few. What we see in this is, it is all about a call not the set up in 1 Samuel.
Hannah poured out her soul before the Lord in slience.

Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

1 Samuel 1 : 14 So Eli said to her, “How long will you be drunk? Put your wine away from you!”
Acts 2 :12 So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “Whatever could this mean?”
13 Others mocking said, “They are full of new wine.”

Yesterday I had one of these moments , if anyone had seen me they would have wanted to medicate me or think I was drunk.

I have wrote several times on medicated faith, but to go deep to the Lord with our needs should look like Hannah. To have an Acts 2 moment is powerful. Eli the Priest shows us many things one is he did know the difference in a drunk person and the Spirit of Hannah as the people in Acts 2 did not . Thank You Lord for the Holy Spirit to be our guide.

I love Hannah and as a mother understand that was not easy to walk away and leave that child. God is amazing how He creates these people like Abraham and Hannah that love Him with all their hearts and souls. To love God like Hannah did, does not look like the world that was around her , that even a Priest could not recognize. I have always said we can know the Word of God and not know God.


When we let go of things and let God take charge , chaos comes into order. There are times we just have to be Hannah, go deep , cry out and let go... Hannah is on my list to see one day...

I use to go to humans, like counselors to ask what I should do , what I should be. Hannah shows us Who has the answers and the outcome. . . We have an expensive industry to help find answers , God is free and has always had the answers...
If you have never pulled from the heart in silence, try it. Humans did not create us God did, as we see with the child of Hannah .Humans do not know God's plans for us as we see with the Priest, God does...Hannah did not ask the Priest she poured out her soul before the Lord. I feel better today than I did yesterday because I had a Hannah moment. Thank You Lord for the story of Hannah...
