1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Good morning! Just wanted to post this link to a free audio bible that I found on line. Sometimes it is hard for me to read the small print in the bible without my readers, so it is nice to have this to go along with my reading. CBN, also has an audio bible, but it is not the King James Version. This one is KJV.

The love on here makes me cry

Just wanted to update you all with my dad's report.

Awaiting the MRI report, but the doctor who examined him says that so far it looks like they are not going to consider surgery and his injury should resolve on its own.

Dad at 86 yrs old, said that God told him he will live until he is 92 and I am beginning to believe him. He is running around again like he never had an injury. In fact he went back to church tonight and he out runs me at times. LOL!

Poor dad went through so much with the loss of my mom in 2014, with aggressive cancer, as we all did. So, I pray that all will continue to be well with him.

Praise God that he will not have to go through surgery and thank you all for the prayers.

Please pray for Tiger today and the days to come and please lift up Citizen Perth he had a great loss this week, thanks

Yesterday, as I was dropping off Sheba's things at various shelters and and her medicine at a low cost clinic for low income pet owners,I came home with a Toy Fox Terrier. I had no intentions of getting another dog, at least not for a very long time, as I was bawling my eyes out at each donation stop.

Tinker Belle is an older Toy Smooth Coat Fox Terrier. They told me she was 6 years old, but I think she might be 8. When I take her to the Vet next week for her shots, I will ask the Vet about her age.She has already been spayed, so I do not have to worry about that. Tinker Belle had been in the shelter for a month and a half. It seems everyone wants a puppy, and the older dogs like her are passed over. I spotted her in the kennel.Her whole body started to wag ! The lady who is in charge there let Tinker Belle out. She ran right up to me, and unceasingly was "kissing" me. My tears of grief over Sheba turned into tears of joy !

I was greeted this morning when I woke up, by an absolutely cute little dog wagging her whole body, and then jumping up and down with joy!

Maybe I should have given all of us a little more time to grieve, but, maybe this is meant to be.

There is no replacing my Sheba.But,I think that Sheba would be happy knowing that another dog has been rescued, and given a loving home.
My daughters and my husband all really like Tinker Belle ! They have been showered with "kisses" also. They think that she is absolutely the cutest little dog !!!

What is really weird with all this, is that my very first dog I had when I was a small child,was a Toy Smooth Coat Fox Terrier named Sheba. Tinker Belle is a duplicate of her.

I worked years with and at shelters animals pick us , I am happy for you and love you very much for taking her

Tinker Belle is now renamed Jewel ! None of us really liked the name Tinker Belle. My daughters and I were at an impasse, trying to figure out a good name for her.
I asked my husband to think of some name suitable for this little fur ball bundle of love, and he came up with the name Jewel !!!

I about dropped when my husband said that Jewel was the name for our new fur baby. THAT was Sheba's original name before we rescued her 15 years ago. My husband DID NOT know this !

Thank you all for the prayers, and the kindest words throughout all this. You all mean so much to me, and I wish I could give every one of you a very big hug right now !!!

Please pray for the favor of God for my youngest son. Every time he gets ahead something comes along to try to cripple him financially. This time, he may lose his healthcare.

Thank you so much. I can't stop crying....I feel like it's now or never. I have to stop drinking. I didn't even get to watch fireworks with the kids last night because I was passed out. I'm so embarrassed and ashamed. Up until today every time I try to stop has been a failure. I can't stop and I don't know why. I appreciate the prayers. I really do need them.

I quit in 2015...then fell off the wagon for a couple of weeks in 2016. Sober since then.

Put it ALL into the hands of the Father and His Son Jesus...and TRUST them fully!

I completely agree!! Awe, my heart smiled when I read that you got another dog. Tinker Belle chose YOU and for good reason. : )

My dog is also from a shelter. I've had her since January and she too does that whole body wag lol! I love it!

And I love YOU tiger! I'm happy you have found some joy and at the same time have rescued another dog. You my friend, are amazing!
