I pray for you.

Some times sin can be a viscous cycle that we feel we cannot break, but this key has helped me in many areas of my life: Don't forget to call on JESUS. Your flesh wont deliver you!

In many areas, I try to change myself. or rely on my own willpower. But, when I let go and put it in the hands of Jesus, that is when I notice that the chains seem to break away and there is no desire to do those things that are not pleasing to Him.

My youngest daughter needs prayer for protection and strength. These past 2 weeks have been rough on her, all work related. She broke up with her boyfriend. They had been dating for about 6 months. He took another job away from the immediate area, and the long distance squashed the relationship. He was a nice guy, but it was not meant to be. They used to work together before he took a job a good distance from here.

Last week Tuesday, my daughter and several of her co-workers had to go to training sessions in Chicago. They took the South Shore Train to get there.My daughter got off a few stops ahead of the other 2 co-workers, as they live farther down the line and we live here by the state line. There was an accident 2 miles from their stop. The train they were on hit a truck that went around the gates, which burst into flames on impact.They were on the 1st car, 3 seat rows back from the front. Flames from the burning truck enveloped the front of the train car they were in. The people were slow in exiting the doors, and her friends opened an emergency window and jumped out. Neither was hurt, but very shaken, to say the least. They sent her the pics not 20 minutes after my daughter had got off at her stop.This really shook her up, as she was on that train 20 minutes earlier.

Last week Friday, Darryl,a co-worker down the hall, literally dropped dead of a heart attack just before lunch time. They have defibrillators at work, but despite everyone's efforts, and the paramedics skills, he died.

Yesterday, 20 minutes before she got off work, the 2nd in command in her office got a call. Their boss, Cathy, passed away. Cathy had last been to work on Tuesday, but was not feeling well and went home. Cathy was an older lady, and treated my daughter like she would a granddaughter.She absolutely loved my daughter, and not just because my daughter is a skilled worker. They had hit it off so well.

My daughter is going to try to buy her 1st home on an online auction, which starts today and ends Monday. Her list of 5 has been whittled down to 2, as 3 were pulled from the sale. The Victorian everyone was drooling over was one of the ones pulled.She has 2 left on her list. One is definitely going to go for more than her price range.The other one is a simple house that I had told her when she decided to go for this,that this one was her best chance of a successful bid, seeing her money limit on what she can spend. We will know by late Monday if her bid is successful. It is all in God's Hands. His Will be done.

FYI, the Victorian house is back on the auction list. My daughter thinks she might have typed in the number wrong, or something, but it is back on the list.Could have been a glitch in the auction website too. This Victorian is the one she really wants, but she would be satisfied with either of the other 2, including the simple house.

Everyone at her workplace is just reeling from all the tragedies and near tragedy of the past 2 weeks. My daughter is overall being rather quiet. Her boss Cathy was so kind to her. This really hurts my daughter, and I think she and her co-workers are still in shock over this.

Today I was led to give a strong and fast message about earthquakes. Earthquakes have been since God created earth. He has always used them like all other things. It is easy to think of Him in a Rainbow but hard for us to think of Him in an earthquake due to the destruction. Great Earthquakes happened at the Cross , after the Cross and will happen before He returns.

Luke 21:11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

Isaiah 29:6 Thou shalt be visited of the Lord of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.

The earth has been moving a lot lately so if we can understand why the earth shakes it helps take some of the fear away.

The Lord visited His people in Isaiah 29 and He does now.


Matthew 27:Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

People where saved when they saw the great earthquake pray that is what happens when the earth shakes.

Acts 16: And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.


People where saved from this great earthquake , pray that is what happens...Know the signs Jesus told us to know and pray , pray , pray for souls to be saved...

Praying for everyone here. I'm reading all your posts and sending all of you heartfelt hugs as you are all going through so many challenges and spiritual battles. Stay strong my brothers and sisters in Christ!

Today I had an incredible experience. I saw a woman bravely witnessing in a very challenging situation as she was ridiculed by so many people. Pray for this street lady trying witness. She was an example of brave faithful strength for all of us to remember during our challenges.

The online house auctions is going nuts ! My daughter already has been knocked out of the ballpark for the Victorian house and another house. The the current top bids for those 2 houses are ridiculously high for this early in the auction.
The only one left on her list is the simple house. She is taking this in stride. She says if she is not successful, she will try again. There still is a chance for the simple house. God's Will be done !
