We have lots of properties that people can buy just 20% to start with. the rest is owned by a Housing Association. Shared ownership housing schemes explained. Shared ownership schemes are a cross between buying and renting; aimed mainly at first-time buyers. You own a share and then rent the part you don't own at a reduced rate. What choice do I have but to be myself? Everyone else was already taken. |
