I'm at a crossroads in life, I'm not sure which direction to take or which decisions to make- none the less in pursuit of greatness I hope to keep a positive stretch forwards to building a better life for myself as well as those in my surrounding environment. It's very difficult in a lot of scenarios, from dealing with bigotry in others to not even having the furniture to put my clothes away. I've had many different passions and ways I wanted to steer my life towards (Medical Industry, Food Manufacturing and awareness, Programming/Computers and Gaming, Art and Design, Music and Soundtracks, Entertainment and Education...). I feel distracted, weighed down by my choices and lackluster achievements- I try to stay knowledgeable and eventful with my life, but it tends to steer nowhere in a plausible direction. I didn't go to college or university, have held 12 jobs (been unemployed for the past 9 months on Social Assistance), don't even have a drivers license and living in a poverty I don't want to acknowledge. I'm living in torment with my family, nobody is getting along and I've had the police called on me countless times by my mother (who does nothing to acknowledge the situation or solve anything, only escalate it further) been threatened and verbally abused- I stand up for myself and further demented the situation even further. I gotta say, without turning to illegal activity (aside from the fact I use medicinal marijuana to treat any ailments from neglect towards my health, including passing out/ seizures_). I can't move on so easily, from my perspective anyways it's been at a crawl for the past 3 years of my life. I'm ranting, really- I've just been annoying others by sharing "detestful" truths about my life, and I can't stand to be negative or shameful towards what has happened- only that I acknowledge it and move on. I have allies in my life, more like friendly acquaintances than they are people close to me- I hope to find peace in my communal environment, and opportunity for a better life. Oh also some furniture so I have a place to put my clothing- I can't have my sweaters piled on the ground!

Thank you everyone that comes here , life is unkind for the most part and there are days you all help me despair.

Urgent prayer request for Leia, a young (27 year old) woman from our church.

Her grandmother sent out an urgent request as she was admitted to the hospital today.

She is suffering from bacterial pneumonia and possible sepsis.

She was crying at church on Sunday. I didn't ask why because her family were comforting her, but today her grandmother said it was because she felt so very ill and had a bad headache.

She is a lovely young woman who is always cheerful. Please keep her in your prayers.

I will keep you informed of her progress. Thanks.
