Prayers said.

We are going to spend time with my mom. This has been a hard year for many. I want to thank my friends on here for praying , giving and loving us when it was hard or we needed it the most. Many will not have family or be alone, tell them Jesus changed what family is. If you know someone alone invite them that is how I became friends with some. Tell a stranger Merry Christmas it may be the only one they get.
Jesus was born for us to love one another as He loved us , even those hard to love. Yes I know I just preached in wishing Merry Christmas , lol...

When Jesus was born in that Manger , God was His refuge. God is every child's refuge when fear , trouble , rage, war and all this evil world and Herod's can throw at them. We all know that those things have , do and will come at them.
There was many hidden dangers when Jesus was born and they still exist today.

“Matthew 2: 12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way. 13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. 14 When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt.”

I am amazed at anyone that reads Scriptures , says they believe in God and think they hide anything. I personally have been shown the Lord knows my very thoughts and what is on my heart.

This world and even our homes hold many dangers and we have created new ones. There is the kind of danger that has always been around, as in Matthew 2.
The new dangers that we created is our toxic waste. I learned about toxins while in Real Estate. We needed to know everything about that home so we did not send our clients into hidden dangers especially those with children.
Just like in Matthew 2 we still have Herod's, that do not know God knows everything. There are obvious dangers as we have seen in the news done to children or what Herod wanted done in Matthew 2. Then there are deadly , unseen dangers we keep silent about. The biggest cost in the renovation of a home or business is the things that where hidden like bad electricity , plumbing and worse of all toxins , like where people cooked meth.
There are many Herod's that own and sell property and do not know God knows everything. There will be a greater cost on the day of judgment ,for what was done to children, than any clean up would have cost on earth . That will be physical and Spiritual.

God knows what has happened is happening in every home , every business transaction and every thought. The sins done to children comes at a greater cost, they can subject to the Herod's. Are you a Herod or do you know a Herod ? Now would be the time to become as the wise men...
“Matthew 2:16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men. “

The birth of Jesus Christ came with a great cost and we are to keep each other safe...Physically and Spiritually.

James 5: 19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;
20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

Pray and listen with your heart. In the stillness we can often get the answer as a feeling even if it is fleeting. I pray God blesses you with the answer that serves his will as his will is always the best path. Amen.
