Can someone get a report from Hauns

Hi everyone. Don had his triple by-pass this morning and by this afternoon had his breathing tube removed, is sitting up and talking, and feeling well enough to give the nurses a playful hard time. Tomorrow morning he goes for his first walk around the unit. He's doing exceptionally well and has even surprised his surgeon. The nursing staff has been just incredible.

He's been reading GLP and this thread in the four days of hospitalization prior to his surgery, and I think he's hooked! He was actually laughing out loud through some of the threads and loves this one.

Thank you all for your prayers, they meant so much. As his surgeon said to him this afternoon, "I only fix things, and only God can heal". [He's a member of our church and deeply spiritual].
