Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

URGENT PRAYERS NEEDED !!!


My daughter went to the lawyer this morning. There will be a delay in filing, as the lawyer is backed up. She also has some more paperwork to fill out, and drop off to the lawyers asap.

All hell has broken loose. My son-in-law called my daughter last minute, and said he was picking up my grandson from school. I was just getting ready to leave to pick him up, when I got the call. I told my daughter that I would go by the school to make sure he is there, and if he was, go back home. I came right home, as he was there.

Well, I got a call 15 minutes later from the school. They would not release him to the son-in-law, citing the restraining order. I had to come pick him up. I told them the restraining order was expired, but they said they needed court documentation. On my way there, they got a hold of my daughter at work, and she told them to let the son-in-law take my grandson. I get there, and see my grandson, son-in-law and the Principal, who is a good friend of mine, in the school office. I saw that my son-in-law was livid, and the Principal gave me a look like OMG !!! My son-in-law grabbed my grandson roughly by the arm, and just about dragged him out of the school, right in front of me.

I told the Principal what was going on. She was at the verge of tears, as she has known me for many years, and knows my daughters well. I left, and when I got home, all hell broke loose across the alley at my daughters house. My son-in-law kicked out my other daughter, who was babysitting, out of the house and threatened to call the cops on her. He told her he was going to take the kids to his mothers in Illinois.

My daughter was given a message at work abounds
this situation. She really cannot leave work, as she has already taken a lot of time off over all of this. When she gets off at 9pm, she will probably go right to pick up the kids at the son-in-law's mothers house in Illinois. She will probably have to call the police to get her kids back.

I knew this was going to escalate.

PLEASE pray for protection for my daughter and grandchildren !!!

My SIL left shortly after I did my last post yesterday. He did not cause my daughter any trouble. We will see what today brings. That is all we can do, trust in the Lord, and take this all one day at a time.

My husbands appointment with the specialist this morning went pretty good. He does have Barret's esophagus, confirmed by the biopsies. Barret's is a pre-cancerous condition. His ulcerated esophagus is all healed up. His medication is now cut in half. He has to go back to the specialist in September, and will not have another test for 1 year, unless the symptoms come back.

I could use some prayer. I am going to work in a few minutes. There is a situation with my son's social security. We may have been overpaid. Please pray for me and my family today. I would really appreciate it.
