Prayers for many here, named and unnamed, as so many are in need of help.

The smallest, most(you think), insignificant thing you can do for someone can have such a positive effect in another's life. Random acts of kindness and compassion are important.

Lord, thank you for all your blessings, seen and unseen. Heal our brothers and sisters, and help this sinner's eyes to see the light you shine, so I may walk the path you want.

In Christ's name I pray.

Tiger, do they use warm moist heat on you at the Chiro? I wuit going to them years ago, but have been using damp towels i heat up in the microwave for my neck for the last year, and it helps so much. WIsh I could do it for my back more often.

Maybe around your painful joints might help wnen you aren't at the chiros. Just a thought.

PS make sure ya watch the time in the microwave--they can catch fire if left in too long.

No, just an adjustment, and trying like heck to put everything back in place. I have severe arthritis, plus a lot of old injuries.
I was using a heating pad, which makes me feel better for a few minutes. But, it seems the heating pad makes the swelling increase. Cold packs cause a lot more pain. I have been using various rubs and icy hot patches. They help a bit.

In need of prayer. When I get home from work today, I am ending my 2 year relationship with my live in boyfriend. I'm packing essentials and leaving his house to stay with my parents until my apartment is ready. I feel God is calling me out of where I am to a closer walk with Him. My relationship with my boyfriend is codependent and completely unhealthy and he has been physically abusive to me as recently as Christmas. I don't think he will take it well, but I hope he will let me go without any violence or issue. This decision is best for us both, I know. I love him so much and I hate knowing this will hurt him. It is certainly hurting me. I'm asking for prayers for protection as well as peace and grace to saturate this entire situation. I hope he can find peace and healing someday. As for me, it's time for me to serve the Lord and focus on Him and my healing.

Thank you brothers and sisters in Christ for your prayers for me.
