God Bless all of you for your kindness and patience with me, in my bad case of computer withdrawal !   Best Buy gave me a call, and it was the hard drive, AGAIN ! I had a new one put in 3 years ago. The hard drive totally went kaput, and they cannot retrieve any info. The good news is, I will be getting it fixed, and hope to have it back in 2 days, maybe. I told the service rep, that the only thing I have right now for access is a dinosaur with dial-up, and I am going nuts !!! The sooner I get it back, the more sanity I might retain. LOL !!! Since my youngest got the service plan to cover 3 devices,when she bought her laptop for college, all I got to pay is the $50 for the new hard drive !!! PRAISE GOD !!! The Lord always comes through....even through the Internet! Happy for you T1 ,He rewards our patience  I have learned my lesson to be patient. God is Good ! I hope to get a call tomorrow that the repair is finished. You are an inspiration for us all ....God is Good!
