Well, the washer is working again. My husband took it apart yesterday, and checked everything out. No parts are bad, he checked them all with a meter. He put it all back together today, and so far, it is working ! It is NOT gushing water. So, I do not have to replace it, at least for now.

My truck broke down today. It is the fuel pump. It is sitting at the shop, and I hope to get it back tomorrow. I went to the bank before I was supposed to go grocery shopping. It wouldn't start when I came out. My husband had gone to the doctor and then to Walmart for his prescriptions. We couldn't get a hold of him. So, we were sitting, and then a man with his Mom in his car, came over, and asked me to try starting it again. It still wouldn't start. He reached under my gas tank, and banged it hard, twice. The truck started up. He told me it was the fuel pump, and NOT to shut it off, and take it either straight to a repair shop, or home. I took it right to our mechanic.

Prayers needed for our mechanic, Marty. He has lost his business at a tax sale, and has to go to court on Tuesday.He knows he is being evicted. The property taxes on the small building he has been operating in, were over $5,000 a year. He made enough to feed his family, but the property taxes were a killer. MANY people around here have lost their homes and businesses because of the property taxes. Marty is a good guy, and charges very little to fix peoples vehicles. He is kind hearted, and if he knows you, and you are broke down, he will wait to get paid when you get your next check. He has only been stiffed once or twice on a bill over all these years. Now, he is losing his livelihood. I am praying that even though this door is closing on him, a better one will open up for him.
