Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

Bev Update.
We went to the hospital this morning, and stayed until the early afternoon. Bev was sleeping the whole time we were there, but we didn't want to wake her.We just sat by her bedside.
I am so glad we were there yesterday to escort her to the operating room to get the dialysis port put in. She almost died during the surgery. Her heart stopped, and they revived her. Just thinking about how we told her we loved her, repeatedly, just before they shooed us away,almost was the last time we got to say it. After she got back to her room, the doctor asked that if she coded again, if she wanted them to revive her, and she said yes. She is one tough woman.
I am a basket case.I have double tears coming out of my eyes, both happy and sad. They are coming out for Bev, for the helplessness I feel in all this, and I also have tears of joy for my youngest graduating tomorrow morning from Purdue.
I am still trying my best on getting my house in order for the big graduation bash we are having here on the 15th, besides going to the hospital to see Bev,and still all the other everyday things I have to do.
Right after the graduation ceremony tomorrow, we are going over my mothers so she can see my daughter in her cap and gown, and all the regalia that she will have on too, the gold cords, the sash for the International Honor Society For Business Students, and all the various pins and whatnot. GEESH, my daughter is going to look like a General with all the added honorariums. LOL !!!

Amen, Sister in Christ !I have been greatly Blessed indeed !
My daughter graduated with Highest Distinction, which is just under the top student in the graduating class. She came close to being first. When she gets her actual diploma next month, it will be reflected on the diploma, that she graduated with Highest Distinction. All of the graduates just got the frame today and a certificate.
I was a crying Mom at the ceremony. I couldn't help it. When she received her diploma, I screamed her name, and then loudly said "Thank You Jesus" !!! The people sitting in front of us were Christians, and they turned around and confirmed what I said, and also added that all Glory is God's ! If I offended anyone in attendance, too bad. I have free speech, and this maybe a public college, but I give all the praise to God who has so greatly Blessed us !
Tomorrow, we will go see Bev. One of Bev's friends is going there this evening, as I cannot. I am so exhausted. :(

Bev Update.
I went there to see her today at the hospital. No one else has been up there at all, except for my oldest daughter, and myself. Bev is in semi-intensive care, so really no presents can be brought in, and we have to gown and glove up every time we go in her room. A kind nurse made her a homemade Mothers Day card, and placed that and a glass with a carnation in it, on the windowsill of Bev's room.
Bev's surgical site was bleeding, and the nurse left a message for the doctor to call with instructions. I asked the nurse if they could please clean Bev's ears, as they are so packed with wax, she can barely hear.The nurse was going to make a note to ask the doctor about this.
