The latest. After a terrible night I have finally settled down and feel a bit better.

I have had 2 X-rays today. 1 more chest X-ray and a hip X-ray. I have just come back from the MRI.

Now just got the full results back and the expected life expectancy.

I have been told I have 8 - 12 months to live.

Right where's the parties. I have just gotta go and have fun and enjoy as much of that time as possible.

You know there is some kind of calm amongst this current madness.

Knowing that one is gonna die within 8-12 months gives that person a kind of advantage over others.

Think of it this way. I can compile a "10 things to do before you die" list and be able to complete the list.

I can say my goodbyes to people in my life in a decent manner.

Life has just become more adventurous, fun, sexy, thrilling even.

Thank you. It was quite simple really. There is, but left, 2 choices.

1. Spend every day worrying about if I had done this or if I had done that then maybe I would not be where I am today.

Feel totally sorry for myself and go into a complete meltdown probably ending up in a suicide due to extreme depression , anxiety and panic attacks.

Or 2. Accept what has happened and look at what you can do positively for the next how ever many months are left.

Spend every day that is left as your last thereby maximising your enjoyment of that day.

Look at the world and everything in it through new eyes. Believe me when I tell you I do. I now am noticing all the things that before were just taken for granted. That is fun.
