Update.
My daughters mother-in-law called me this morning. My son-in-law will NOT be bailed out by her. The longer he is locked up, the longer my daughter doesn't have to worry.I do believe he is being arraigned this morning, and will be sent back to jail.He will have to get a public defender, as his mother refuses to get him a lawyer, also.
