Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

I found myself disappointed tonight and thinking prayer wasn't working for my situation. But then I realized who am I to question anything. Just because I haven't gotten the answer I want doesn't mean the prayers aren't working.

Update:
We went to the police department to get a copy of the incident report.They did not charge us for a copy. My daughter tried to get her phone back, as he had snatched it from her, and had it in his pocket when he was arrested. Under Indiana law, EVERYTHING is common property, so she cannot get her phone back.
He did not go to court today, it is scheduled for tomorrow morning. He has a hearing before the judge, and bail will be set tomorrow morning.If no one bails him out, he will be transferred from the city jail to the County jail, to await his trial, which might be in 2 weeks, maybe 3. He will also be appointed a Public Defender.So unless his girlfriend bails him out, he will be sitting in jail at County.
My daughter called a lawyer, and she has to go tomorrow to fill out initial paperwork, and then wait for an actual appointment to get things rolling. It is possible that she will get back her phone whenever she goes to court, but that could be 2 months from now. When we go to the lawyers office tomorrow, we will ask for an immediate court order of protection.She might have to go to an adjacent city for a judge to get the order, if none is available here.
IF the son-in-law gets bailed out, the police will notify her immediately. They cannot call her, as she has no phone because he took it, so they will call my house, and I will have to walk over to her house to relay the message.
I am afraid he is going to kill her when he eventually does get released.

Originally I asked this in the Angel Help thread, until I realized that thread is a deception. Prayer should only be made to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

That said, would someone kindly Pray to the Father to give me comfort? Many years back, a girl whom I deeply cared for passed away. It broke me, and I am still a wreck. I can go through periods where I am cheerful or calm, but every now and then a bout of depression hits me hard. It hurts because things between us ended badly. I felt like she broke my heart, and I in turn, was rude to her. I never got the chance to apologize. It pains me that our last meeting was a sour one.

So many things were left unsaid to her. It kills me inside. I ache for her, I long for her. I wish I could have told her I loved her, how beauitful she was. She was an incredible woman. She was nice to everyone, funny, easy to talk to, and absolutely beautiful. Classmates would mistakingly call her my girlfriend, We were always around each other, and she would defend me against bullies and ridicule.

Could someone Pray the Father to give me a comforting dream of her that makes me feel loved?
