Update:
My daughter went to the lawyers early this afternoon. Since this will be very low cost, she needs a pay stub to prove her need. Since she gets direct deposit, she had to put in a request at her work for a printed copy.
He is still in jail, that we know for sure. We do not know what happened at court this morning. We do not know how much his bond is.
The lawyer did tell us that if and when he is released, he will have an automatic 72 hour restraining order placed on him.If he comes anywhere near her, he will be arrested.
My daughter is a basket case. My grandson's 7th birthday is today, and she is broke. She gets paid tomorrow. One of my other daughters bought a cake, and I have a few cheap gifts here for him. I wish we could do more, but we can't. When my daughter gets paid tomorrow, she is going to have to buy another phone, and she truly cannot afford it.
