UPDATE !!!
We went to court this afternoon, and my daughter now has a 2 year protective order !!! The fact that the police took pictures of her injuries last week, and the STATE is going after him for domestic battery, made a big difference.
Thank you all for the prayers !!!

I don't think the "state going after him" is in accordance with this threads purpose. Shall we not pray, that God touches his heart and he see'some the error of his ways. That he is born again with repentance in his love for God. Many prayers have been said for him, and continue to be said, besides the prayers for my daughter and grandchildren. We have to let go, and let God handle this. God does help those who help themselves, and we are trying our best to do that.
