Thread: I took my buddy to the VA hospital today

"I took my buddy to the VA hospital today.After 3 hours we were told he can't get an appointment until January.

This guy served with me in the Gulf War, he's 6'2 and down to 117 pounds.He requires liquid food, can't eat normal food at all. They supply him with the meal replacement every 90days. He ran out and couldn't get a ride, (he can't drive either) and since he was late He has to wait until the physician "okays" his next 90 days worth.

He called me only when he was desperate.He's surviving on ensure, but at 45 bucks a case there's no way he's going to make it till January. I drove 2 hours one way to pick him up. After we left the hospital the guy asked me to blast him. Said he couldn't do it himself, or he would've already.

I was there when he got blown up and full of shrapnel. I told him if he was supposed to die it would have happened then.

We stopped at Walmart on the way back and cleaned out both our bank accounts to get him stocked up.

I beg you, please vote Trump. This is what is meant by the people saying " we can't stand 4 more years".

Prayers requested for direction.
Last week, we were struggling due to medical expenses and my son's insurance was dropped (unexpectedly)
We have HUGE decisions to make, and fast, pray the God will guide us to the right decisions. All of the decisions affect the family greatly.

I'm not afraid to jump, because I know with Him, I can fly, but my husband is hesitant to make a drastic change.

I am in Central Florida well east of Orlando. Extra prayers please for tomorrow night and into Friday as I weather this literal storm.
