There is a GLP member who is near and dear to many of us. Her husband is now terribly ill and in cardiac ICU. She is asking for prayers and I felt this needed to be shared here. I can't reveal her name because she has not given me permission to yet, but her closeness to God is also well-known. Please pray for her husband and also her. I've stood in her shoes earlier this year, and I know the pain and heartache can be overwhelming.

God love her and her husband and bless them both with strength, love, and endurance.

Thank you all who pray for her and her husband.

Prayers also offered for all who seek them, and especially for those who need prayerful intervention but are unable to ask for it.

Hey All...

I know this will be a bit unpopular, but can we take a bit of time to pray for our enemies, people who I think of as broken?

Some people call them sociopaths. Others call them psychopaths.

The truth is, they were born completely unable to care about other humans. They view us as prey.

And many of them run our countries.

God tells us to pray for our leaders and to pray for our enemies.

This is a two-for-one deal these days.

Here goes (and feel free to add to this, because I am sure that I will not cover all the bases);

Always & Father;

Do not forget your broken children, who were born lacking that portion of what makes us the most human and the most in your image. Heal them. Open their eyes and hearts and minds to you. Let them see what they do and understand. Reform them and make them wholly yours before it is too late.
