Update on my daughter's situation.

The bad news:
My son-in-law plead not guilty last Tuesday. The trial is set for February 27th at 2pm.We will be subpoenaed again for this.He could have plead guilty, and got probation, time served, and required to go to anger management classes. Now he is facing up to a year in jail.We assume he will have an attorney, as a Public Defender should be appointed for him as he has no job or assets. He cannot win this. He admitted to the cops present that he did this. They have pics of my daughters injuries, and they have an eyewitness, me.

Good news:

My daughter, who had her furniture busted up by her husband, was given furniture from a generous neighbor. She had been doing without since last September. My daughter and grandchildren can now sit at the table to eat their meals, instead of on the sofa or the floor. God Bless these people for their kindness !!! Hopefully we can fix her interior walls the son-in-law busted up, this Spring. There is a hole punched into her dining room wall, and he basically destroyed the plaster walls in the bedroom.

More good news:

My daughter has not had a vehicle for several months, since her 21 year old Pontiac bit the dust. We all have been giving her rides back and forth to work, taking my grandson back and forth to school, and taking my daughter to the store, when needed. She had put some money on the side to get a vehicle, instead of buying furniture she needed also. The only furniture item she had bought, was a cheap sofa from Walmart, so they would have SOMETHING to sit on.
The priority was to get a vehicle. With the bit she saved, a little tiny bit I kicked in, and what my youngest loaned her, she is back on the road again !!! It is an oldie but goodie. Garage kept, and looks like new inside and out. It is a 1999 Ford Expedition. Only 2 owners, and low mileage for the age.It has brand new tires and new springs and shocks. It is not real good on gas mileage, but it suits her needs perfectly. She has room for all 3 children, and plenty of room for groceries. It was only $2,500.
I thank God profusely for this Blessing.
