Yesterday I saw an article that made me cry myself to sleep. I want to ask everyone that reads this to do something this weekend. Every 10 minutes a child dies in Yemen from hunger, this is just one place. Around the globe people are starving and not just people but all God's creatures. Today Psalm 82 was one of my readings;
3Defend the poor and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and needy. 4Deliver the poor and needy;Free them from the hand of the wicked.

Most of us are powerless to do anything about this but we pray to a God that can rain manna from Heaven, Psalm 78:24 And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.
So pray this weekend and give something up and as you do tell the Lord this is for the hungry. Walk away from and lift up that dessert or extra helping and cry out for the children, women, men and animals dying every 10 minutes for something to eat...Cry out Psalm 82 and call on Psalm 78.
