I'd just like to reiterate this request. My wife and I are locked in a contract where we are required to pay maintenance, taxes, utilities, and management fees on a house we own and the tenants refuse to pay rent for no stated reason. We are pursuing eviction, but the process is very slow. We feel our property management is not representing us very well and yet we're stuck in a contract. Our money is being drained and none is coming in and we're freaking out.
