Please pray for me. I am caught up in work and relationship problems that are bigger than anything I can work out. I keep reaching out for answers, and I am continually not treated like a matter and that I am nothing. I have to reach out for help!

We Are To Never Stop Being Children

I only have to spend time with children to know why Jesus said in Matthew 19:14But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”

satan uses all he can to get us off the path. The word adult is one he has used. Children is used over 1000 times in Scriptures. The children I had this week always put a smile on my face and I love them very much. This week as I have been studying healing , life and death God has opened my eyes to things we have missed in teaching our children for decades.

These 3 children from ages 6 to 10 know Who Jesus is and church is part of their life. I went to all 3 and ask them to take a minute after I ask them "how long do you think we should live," before they answered. The youngest said with confidence said a 1000 years and the other 2 gave me 92 and 88. I then ask why do you think this and none knew. I then ask how old was Jesus when he went to the Cross and none knew. When I told them His age they looked surprised. We discussed Noah and they knew he lived a long time. I then took the time to explain The Cross shows us many things but one is ,it is no longer about age put purpose. It helps when we lose someone to know this and takes some of the sting out of death. If our children are expecting to live up to 92 years and we do not ,they will not understand why as 90% of adults ask "why."

If we ever think we are an adult in the word of God we need to re-visit how many times the term children is in Scriptures, from the beginning to the end. Ask God today to teach us something new. God is the Only Adult we are always His children.

Dear Heavenly Father, we ask that You help OP and they see once they let go and really give to You , You take hold , help them walk out of all this with You and the enemy have no power , help them know the only enemy we have is satan and through the Blood of Christ we can call on Your name in all matters in Jesus name amen

Worrying about what others think about you is needless vanity. All that matters is what God and His Son think of you.

When I pray, there are times that I tell God that I am nothing without Him, and I can do nothing on my own.

The Garden , The Flood and Ephesians 6
The great flood did not do away with evil, evil is of the Spirit world. Ephesians 6:12 (KJV)
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Evil started in the the Garden with a lie, selfishness and doubt led to disobedience . Then we come to Cain and the first anger of man and how anger brought the death of Able first innocent blood shed. The progression of sin is seen in this. God told Cain in Genesis 3:7 And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.” Cain had choice same as we do, nothing has changed.
We know in Genesis 3 God added sorrow and pain after the Garden . The serpent that was used by satan was cursed to eat dust all his days and be hated . God added birth pains and sorrow to the woman. God added to man sorrows and the ground became cursed. satan used the serpent ,Eve could not see satan but saw a creature that hung out in the garden with them. All three where used and all three where punished . There is so much in that story but it reminds us we can not see satan and we can have everything and yet want more. satan uses whoever and whatever he can ,especially our weakness.
This life is hard enough with those things that God gave to punish disobedience. A sorrow is anything that causes us trouble or grief . We should never add to those sorrows.
The first children from Eve we see choice in good and evil. No coincidence Able raised sheep and Jesus is the Lamb of God. Cain on the other hand worked the soil. Cain did this in Genesis 3 "brought an offering ." Abel did this "brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat ." Not only the first but more than, an offering. Words and many times the smallest of them are very important in studying the Scriptures.

Then we see anger , envy , murder and the first lie made to God with Cain. Cain became angry with God and questioned His authority. His gift to God showed us many things but one is we want to give little but receive the best . Then he lied to God about his brother Able. Cain forgot Who God was, satan used Cains hunger for acceptance and weakness of not knowing Who God was to cause the first shedding of innocent blood.
From the beginning we have always thought killing did away with things or we can get away with a lie . Jesus is all over this story ,they thought killing Him would do away with His power. So the progression of sin went from doubt , selfishness and disobedience ,forgetting Who God was to anger , lies and shedding of innocent blood. The Cross is seen in the very beginning.

The people became so evil after this God became grieved and flooded the entire earth. He started over with Noah and his family . Violence was mentioned as one of the things that brought God to that decision , the other mentioned is lust. We saw in Exodus God used nature to show Moses and Pharaoh what happens when we are disobedient. The final punishment to Pharaoh was death in a mini flood and still evil continued.
satan will always uses lies , weakness and temptations. The Cross left us with the ultimate sacrifice ,a gift from God . Jesus faced lies , anger and shedding of innocent blood for us and we are to face those things with Him .
We can not imagine what it was like before the great flood of Noah , but it is for certain they forgot Who God was. God shut the door of the Ark and nothing harmed them . The enemy is powerful he survived the flood because he comes from the Spirit world. The flood shows us that and he started to work right away with the younger son of Noah once they where back on land.
Job is a great example of what satan uses for battle. he took his family , his livelihood , his health and used lies but could not kill him. I find no examples where satan used nature ,that is reserved for God as God reminds Job in Chapter 38.
We need to strive to be ready and not be the people in days of Noah. That day is promised to come again . God has power over all things and nothing comes against us He does not allow, as with Job. We can not see satan as Eve could not ,we can see what he used in the past and uses now . We can not see God , He is so Holy we would die ,but we can see what He used in the past and uses now.
The Spiritual Battle began in the Garden , God has shown since the beginning killing anything does not end the battle. God in the beginning fought the battles and then He gave us Jesus on the Cross. Unlike what the crowd thought , that sentence to kill Jesus gave us life and weapons to battle the Spiritual war that continues until He returns. We only have to look at the news to know we are going at this like Cain . My dad would spend hours cleaning his guns. The weapons God gave us are in Ephesians 6 and I fear are locked away in a cabinet not ready for battle. Know what God uses in battle and what satan uses as we are in their war and this is a draft , our choice is what side of the great gulf fixed we are on ...

Amen, Lord help us exercise all the weapons of our warfare by Your Holy Spirit guidance daily amen
