Have you tried talking to the judge yourself? If you worry it means you don't trust God. We really have no access to the judge except at hearings and when my wife tried to get a word in edgewise at the last hearing, he quickly silenced her. What state are you in? The point of hearings is to HAVE access to the judge. Leave your emotions at the door. Stick to facts. Ask pertinent questions. Bring paperwork showing bills expenditures etc New Jersey. One of the most tenant-friendly states. Yes we have brought paperwork and the judge knows the tenants have paid nothing, repeatedly promised to pay and not delivered, and yet they keep getting granted more time.
