Please pray for resolution of (unspecified request, re: finances, real estate, property management).

My wife and I are locked in a contract where we are required to pay maintenance, taxes, utilities, and management fees on a house we own and the tenants refuse to pay rent for no stated reason. We are pursuing eviction, but the process is very slow. We feel our property management is not representing us very well and yet we're stuck in a contract. Our money is being drained and none is coming in and we're freaking out. Please continue to pray for this situation, which is still unresolved. There are some very opportunistic people trying to take advantage of my wife and I. We are losing sleep and have no peace about this situation. The people living in our house owe us over $4,000 and have continuously lied about paying. Please pray for a breakthrough here and for justice in this situation. This is a huge source of pain and doubt for us. PRAYERS DESPERATELY NEEDED This situation has only worsened. The tenants now owe us nearly $6,000. They are repeatedly filing for additional hearings in court to stall the eviction process. My wife and I continue to pay court costs, legal fees, utilities, property taxes, insurance, property management fees, and meanwhile the tenants have paid nothing. The lawyer that is supposed to be helping us basically told us that the tenants can file for additional hearings forever and ever, live rent free, and never be evicted from our house and there's nothing we can do about it! We can't sleep! We are at our wits end! We are seeking a different lawyer but thus far have not found one. Nobody is informing us of our rights or how to combat this and we're finding very little online that is helpful. Sell the house. Prayers said.
