PRAYERS DESPERATELY NEEDED

This situation has only worsened. The tenants now owe us nearly $6,000. They are repeatedly filing for additional hearings in court to stall the eviction process.

My wife and I continue to pay court costs, legal fees, utilities, property taxes, insurance, property management fees, and meanwhile the tenants have paid nothing.

The lawyer that is supposed to be helping us basically told us that the tenants can file for additional hearings forever and ever, live rent free, and never be evicted from our house and there's nothing we can do about it!

We can't sleep! We are at our wits end! We are seeking a different lawyer but thus far have not found one. Nobody is informing us of our rights or how to combat this and we're finding very little online that is helpful.

Maybe go higher than On-Line - to Big G I mean.

We have been praying a lot. As have friends and family. The more people praying, the better. Thanks to all who say a prayer for us.

We also pray for others who have posted requests here. And thanks to GfG for starting this thread.

What state are you in?

Have you tried talking to the judge yourself?

If you worry it means you don't trust God. Trust the Father FULLY...no matter how bad it seems to get.

We have written a letter to the judge that we will try to get to him this week. We really have no access to the judge except at hearings and when my wife tried to get a word in edgewise at the last hearing, he quickly silenced her.

What state are you in?

The point of hearings is to HAVE access to the judge.

Leave your emotions at the door. Stick to facts. Ask pertinent questions.

Bring paperwork showing bills expenditures etc

Yes we have brought paperwork and the judge knows the tenants have paid nothing, repeatedly promised to pay and not delivered, and yet they keep getting granted more time.

Sell the house. Prayers said.

Sometimes these like this are a reminder why we so need a reset and many no longer fear God.

Dear Heavenly Father we lift his up to You and ask for swift justice that the tenants leave this very week and have to repay all that is due , be with OP and his family until this is resolved and remove the enemy from all this in Jesus name amen.


OP I am sorry we live in a very unjust world and it is only getting worse , I know of no one not going through a fire so try and remember who we fight on this threshing floor and like David let God fight this battle , let go today , He will let you hold on to it if you choose , but He never fails...

Have you inspected the property recently? If not, give them notice and take a camera with you.
Can you change the locks when they aren't home?
How can they afford a lawyer but not rent?
Do they have verifiable employment?
Have you talked with your bank / mortgage company? Maybe consider selling the place.
I couldn't pay a lawyer or property mgmt if they aren't doing anything for me.
Consider contacting the state bar association concerning the judge. Perhaps ask the judge to recuse himself since he's not being very forthright about things.

There's got to be info that you folks aren't being told.

For this reason the perth agreement of 2011 is treason and so null and void forever
