Any alteration to all written in the bill of rights and any alteration or lawless alwteration to any previous laws it made mention of is treason.
For this reason the perth agreement of 2011 is treason and so null and void forever

The whole orginal bill of rights is forever the laws of the people of the realm of great Britain

All which Their Majestyes are contented and pleased shall be declared enacted and established by authoritie of this present Parliament and shall stand remaine and be the Law of this Realme for ever

A Christian should always be respectful of all authorities from store clerk to elected officials and monarchs but also unconcerned with governmental affairs unless it is trying to force them to sin, then oppose in righteousness without sinning.

Allowing unfettered and unopposed the Committing of treason is sinful against your whole nation the people

This being reconciled with the Roman church and see of Rome disqaulifies her from being an authority at all and she is a traitor to the people and an oath breaker to almighty God.

If monarchs break those laws of the people which include the bill of rights those monarchs are not submitting to the power which is of Jesus Christ who is always King of kings

Treasonous monarchs are lawless and have no allegience neither any authority be it in any way, including authority to authorise taxes.

any monies they being treasonous and so iligitimatw by breaking the constitutional laws of the great britain which are a restraint on the monarchy ; are therefore monies that are robbery of the people, even if out of fear or ignorance or self preservation of the nation; the people still give monies to such that are robbers theives and liars whom they hold no alliegance to and who are traitors who should be removed and punished as should any who have aided and abbeted their treason.
