I overdid it today, and almost passed out taking my old dog Sheba out for a walk. I had no help walking her today, as my daughters were at work, and my husband was parked on the sofa, as usual.
What is weird, is that my old cat,Thomas, who has a bad heart, insisted on going with me and Sheba this evening on the walk where I almost passed out. He has not done this in a long time because he absolutely cannot take the heat and humidity, or the stress. White Foot had taken Thomas place as Sheba's "escort", but of course White Foot is no longer here to do that. :(
So, we went on a long walk, and Thomas was right beside me. I guess he knew, even though I didn't right away, that I was in trouble. I almost passed out twice,but we made it home. I told my husband when we got in the door. Sad to say, he didn't care. His attitude was like "so what".

I need prayers for healing and strength.
