This isn't directed AT any of you...but I read it earlier this morning and it ties into what is happening these days.    Deuteronomy 32 NKJV 1 "Give ear, O heavens, and I will speak; And hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. 2 Let my teaching drop as the rain, My speech distill as the dew, As raindrops on the tender herb, And as showers on the grass. 3 For I proclaim the name of the Lord: Ascribe greatness to our God. 4 He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He. 5 "They have corrupted themselves; They are not His children, Because of their blemish: A perverse and crooked generation. 6 Do you thus deal with the Lord, O foolish and unwise people? Is He not your Father, who bought you? Has He not made you and established you? I need prayers today as I head home and do not want to. Many do not have anything physically , my home was not touched but my Spirit was. Pray as I go to a place that told me I do not understand the bible and did not receive messages from the Lord by my own Pastor. I woke thinking, I have a home but what is that to go home to if the body of believers think I am lost. No wonder my book stayed hidden there. Not sure how to handle this, but just want what God wants. I would have rather lost my house and than go to a place that thinks I do not know the Lord. I am sadder today than anytime in my life  not because of the floods but because my community does not understand Who and why the floods. Please pray for them and me... God is above and below and beside you and your community to help you get through this. Know that we are all praying for you, and the best is yet to come! Thank you and I understand they did not mock me but God , . I live in a place that thinks most of the beginning of the bible is not relevant today. My Pastor told me as your Pastor I need to correct you, he is not my Pastor today, God has and will always be my number one Pastor... I ask any of you under this kind of teaching erase all you have been taught , go to the Bible as a child and read ask God to teach you. If we do not understand the storm Harvey then we will not understand things to come and keep making sheet rock number one in our lives...flood after flood
