Daily Prayer Thread !!!Plus The Word

Hi All,
Could use a prayer for my brother Rob. We took him to the hospital yesterday for severe weakness and inability to get out of his bed at home.
The doctor really wanted to start him on hospice (130 lbs. at 6'2") but he is a fighter and wants to live.
We prayed over him last night in the hospital and this morning the doctor is willing to try one last resort....amino therapy.
New method of treating tumors with special diet to target the amino acids from forming new blood vessels which feed the tumors.
Thanks for all of your prayers....I want you all to know that I "take a knee" for these prayers every day.

God is in control and Jesus is Lord over all....love you all dearly

I really wish you well. i was thinking previously when several people had heating problems and Tiger suggested candles.

i very often hold a night light (small candle) in my hands and put my prayers into it and then light it for the prayers to go to the Light.

I will light a candle for you and maybe others will too with a duel effect!

The repairman just left.

Hole in the heat exchanger (bad)...inducer motor is bad.

The "state" / Energy Assistance is going to replace the furnace entirely.

Right before my husband's triple bypass his cardiovascular surgeon, who is also a member of our church, asked my husband if he was spiritually ready for the surgery and any outcome that may arise out of it. This surgeon prayed with my husband which I don't believe happens very often in a hospital if at all.

My husband found it very soothing and spent a great deal of that night before the surgery in prayer. The next morning at 6:00 AM my husband was ready for any outcome and as we kissed goodbye before they took him to surgery, he said "see you later sweetie, either today or in the future". He was at perfect peace.

Happily he came out of it well, and four days after his triple bypass he was discharged home. By the Grace of God.

New heater installed...and the air conditioner still works too

I will find out within a couple of weeks, as the church is decorated right after Thanksgiving.I have been checking out my options already, and think I have found another church home. the only problem is this other church has had a huge decrease in the number of people also like my church, and rumors are it just might close. I will cross this bridge when it comes. Wherever God leads me, is where I will go.

They replaced Baby Jesus with a sausage roll in an advert.

God is showing us all what church is really about right now ...

Some of them are becoming so secular that one might as well go to church services at Wal-Mart. I cling to my spirit filled church and go there every morning very early in gratitude to God for having led me to it.

If the spirit of my church changes or is we stop doing what Christ directed us to do - pray, feed the hungry, clothe the poor, visit those in jail, in hospitals, in nursing homes - then I will find another church. I keep a watchful eye.

Prayers my flying friend!

What a desecration. There were so many events and people that were interwoven for centuries to prepare for the birth of Christ, all of them infused by the Holy Spirit. They foretold and led to Gabriel appearing before Mary, her "yes" to God, and the birth of the Savior. The tragedy is so many people will not find fault with that desecration because they have been conditioned to lead a fully secular life filled with social media and MSM lies.

Baby Jackson is 8 months now. His first word?
DaDa of course. Now he just blows raspberries and says DADADADA and when he doesn't like something and does the DADADADA with a twang of sadness it breaks my heart.

Wife is happy. House is clean. No legal troubles.
