Dear Heavenly Father , we lift this up to You and ask that the biopsy come back negative , let the enemy have no power in this and Your comfort and peace come for this family no matter what the day holds , in Jesus name amen

Good morning. Yes, of course, major prayers for that.

Popular is a word being used a lot of late. Since last year popular people have been getting in trouble unlike times in the past , for things of the past, from Hollywood to churches. Clapping hands can be found in the Bible , we have been doing it for a long time. I was never comfortable with praise and understand why.

Yesterday I read something about a church giving a standing ovation for someone. Gross is not a strong enough word for how I felt when I read it, I cried at the state of our condition.

The first time we see this term , that is an action, is in 2 Kings 11 :12 And he brought out the king’s son, put the crown on him, and gave him the Testimony; they made him king and anointed him, and they clapped their hands and said, “Long live the king!”

I went once to a huge Christian event and you where allowed to ask questions. This event was days long and took many to set up. The stage was enormous and the cheers where deafening as the speaker came on and left .
My question was, how on earth do you do not make all this about you???

We do not find “clapped their hands, “ when Jesus came , it is only in the beginning of the Bible. There is grave danger, I do not care how humble we may be, in praise for something we said or did. I saw in myself how easy it can be , when I wrote my book and I got no likes. God said really and I took a knee in asking forgiveness.

Ezekiel25:6‘For thus says the Lord God : “Because you clapped your hands, stamped your feet, and rejoiced in heart with all your disdain for the land of Israel, 7 indeed, therefore, I will stretch out My hand against you, and give you as plunder to the nations; I will cut you off from the peoples, and I will cause you to perish from the countries; I will destroy you, and you shall know that I am the Lord .”

There is only One that should be on a stage when claps are done , when praise is given... We see in the above passage what happens when we give it for anything other than God.
We are to build each other up in His word only...Psalm 98 is a great place to see and know the only One to clap and praise . Popular people in our times are not assailable other than a special pass. We can see why clap is not found in the words of Jesus.

Jesus is always assailable, if He was as popular as some of these names of today , the world would be a better place.
John 12 :43 for they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.
We are told not to do our works before men and let God give us our praise. Matthew 6:1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
We are dangerous times Spiritually , take notice of how every act for God is announced to the world and who did it and when they will do it.

Jesus was worried He would find true faith when He returned , we should have this same concern and examine what we call faith.
Can you imagine no likes , no praise and no clapping of hands, except in secret to the Lord, except when the stage is empty...

We have taught our children for generations what to expect when they do something pleasing to man.
Jesus was hung on a Cross , Timothy was stoned, Paul was in jail a lot , Peter was hung upside down on a cross. Popular and hand clapping are not found in these pages. Rethink popular , praise and hand clapping , God is showing us what road it leads to...

I have been using Extra Strength Tiger Balm on my chest to relieve the congestion.It has camphor and clove in it.I have been munching on peppermint lifesavers ! :)

I have COPD, the Chronic Bronchitis/Allergic Asthma type. I am very leery about inhaling anything into my lungs.One place I was at recently had lavender in a potpourri, and I had trouble breathing. Certain scents make me wheeze. :(

Today my heart is heavy I had to go back and sing Hannah's song. Last night I watched a special on Puerto Rico. When I saw that Puerto Rico still has no power and crime is an epidemic , my heart broke for God's people. I had to sing Hannah's song with them in mind. I had to be reminded He knows. I only had to walk this morning in the cold to feel their discomfort. I only had to walk in the cold this morning to be reminded what has happened to human hearts. I do not like this planet. I could have the finest home , all the money in the world and I would still not like this planet.

I ask you all to sing Hannah's song with all these places in mind. The Lord also has shown us we can have power like electricity and not have the only Power that matters. We can have the finest of things and be the poorest...

My Chapters this morning in 1 Samuel 9-10 shows God knows everything , even where some lost donkeys are , I must take comfort in that...

1 Samuel 9-10 what great chapters. We see Samuel is refereed to as the seer. 1 Samuel 9 :11 As they went up the hill to the city, they met some young women going out to draw water, and said to them, “Is the seer here?”
I think about all the sin I tried in this life and the one God kept me totally away from was fortune telling or any such thing like it. I was ask many times but even in my darkest walk , God did not let me go there.

Samuel was known for knowing things that no else did and what he spoke was true because he got His information from the only true Seer.
I love this story of the lost donkeys because it shows us God uses things we would never dream for His purpose. The animal listened to God about going in that Ark and these donkeys were where God wanted them to be.
Verse 15 Now the Lord had told Samuel in his ear the day before Saul came, saying, in his ear I love that.

1 Samuel 10:6 Then the Spirit of the Lord will come upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man. 7And let it be, when these signs come to you, that you do as the occasion demands; for God is with you. 8 You shall go down before me to Gilgal; and surely I will come down to you to offer burnt offerings and make sacrifices of peace offerings. Seven days you shall wait, till I come to you and show you what you should do.”
9 So it was, when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, that God gave him another heart; and all those signs came to pass that day.

We can see glimpses of Jesus all through this story even the women at the well in Chapter 9. Here God gives Saul a new heart.
Ezekiel 11: 19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:
20 That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
1 Samuel 10:26whose hearts God had touched. 27But some rebels said, “How can this man save us?” So they despised him, and brought him no presents. But he held his peace.

Whose hearts God touched , I pray He touch the hearts of many today...

today is a bad day just seems everything is falling a part

I know what you mean. My clothes dryer quit working this morning, and the laundry has piled up. My husband is being awful, to say the least. Misery loves company. :(

So sorry for the both of you.

All I can say to cheer you up is that Spring is coming according to the calendar.

Even my outside security motion detector light over my back outside stairs went kaput.
The appliance repairman did get here and fix my dryer. $13 for the cost of the actual part. $104 total with service call and labor.Took the guy less than 10 minutes to fix it, after checking it with a meter. I told them what went out when I had called, but of course they always double check to make sure.

My husband was an electrician, still has all of his meters and tools. He knew what was wrong with it, and so did I, as I had told him it was the button switch inside the door. He refused to lift a finger or offer to pay to get it fixed. So, if I didn't have enough money to fix it, I would have had to walk to my middle daughters in this bitter cold to use her dryer, and being sick on top of it, or go to a laundromat to dry the clothes. I will not rant further, but I am absolutely fed up with the way things are here, and am biding my time for now.

1 Samuel 11-12 I do not even want to think about 1 Samuel 11:2 And Nahash the Ammonite answered them, “On this condition I will make a covenant with you, that I may put out all your right eyes, and bring reproach on all Israel.”
I am glad The Lord saved them but some weeping and repenting had to happen.

In Samuel 12 Samuel's faithfulness can be seen to the Lord and what happens when we are faithful to the Lord, we are faithful to the people, they go together. The people could find no fault in Samuel , that is amazing, I love how Samuel ask them to step forward if he had wronged anyone. We know Jesus tells us to do the same thing .
Matthew 18:15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

When I saw someone ask , Who is God , what is He like . The character of God is seen on pages of the Bible. God is so Holy we are just clueless, in our age of putting Him in a box and in our back pocket.
I thought about how He only spoke or came in the presence of few, since the beginning, like Samuel.

They had Samuel we have Jesus. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

Samuel 12 you know will be my favorite because God shows the people Who He is.

16Now therefore stand and see this great thing, which the Lord will do before your eyes.
17Is it not wheat harvest to day? I will call unto the Lord , and he shall send thunder and rain; that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which ye have done in the sight of the Lord , in asking you a king.18So Samuel called unto the Lord ; and the Lord sent thunder and rain that day: and all the people greatly feared the Lord and Samuel.19And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the Lord thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king.20And Samuel said unto the people, Fear not: ye have done all this wickedness: yet turn not aside from following the Lord , but serve the Lord with all your heart;21And turn ye not aside: for then should ye go after vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are vain.22For the Lord will not forsake his people for his great name's sake: because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people.23Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way:24Only fear the Lord , and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.25But if ye shall still do wickedly, ye shall be consumed, both ye and your king.
Somewhere along the way we forgot the Character of God , Who He is and how He Speaks to the general population.
We know on the pages ahead they did as well and will have to be reminded over and over as we have to be.
They knew since it was Harvest time this weather event should have not happened. Nothing has changed we have.

Matthew 8:27 But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

It was said to me I can't wait till another book, we need no other Book. God wants His people to remember Who He is , not what has been made of Him.

I heard the most amazing thing this week. In our own county there is an old church that was started by farmers almost a 100 years ago. Each week a different Pastor brought the message , it is what is called an interdenominational church. Just wow , this is what God has always shown me, of how it should be. I love Him for making that connection this week.
During my time of the droughts and the book God sent me off to His seminary. I learned many things, one is , we have to many books , churches , teachers and copyright rules for His word. I just finished 1 Samuel 11 they had one teacher for 300, 000 and more and the people did this in verse 7 . And the fear of the Lord fell on the people, and they came out with one consent.

We are to be one , John 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

People use to say to me , you should start your own church , no, God has been very clear the churches standing right now need to come to Him , as one .

People have said to me , you should write this or that , no, we have to many books, we all need to go back to the only Book that matters.

Have you ever wondered why in the last days everything falls apart, as we are seeing, simple answer we are not one...
We need to stop right now, but we will not because we have our calendars full, we have made a large industry in the name of God …
I have never , ever seen so many Pastors of larges churches falling and even seminaries because they held secrets of the past or made it about themselves . God is showing Mercy and Grace if we can see it.

God took me on a journey of many churches , He allowed me to see many things. I have been told by Pastors , I do not understand God and the Bible and I have even be told I am from beelzebub, I have been told by people leading people to God , I do not hear from God.

Trust me when I say we are in trouble, we need to get together and read the One Book , together . We will do this one great day whether we like it or not , we where to never be as we are right now.

This is not about entertainment , this is not about fun , this is about souls not GOING TO HELL...
Jesus taught on this more than any subject for a reason...

If you think all this news about churches being divided on what God says vs the world; if you think all the seminaries being divided over what God said vs the world; if you think all the Pastors facing the past darkness is coincidence , then it clear why Jesus said . Luke 18:I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Get alone with the Bible and God, Jesus warns of the wide path...
